The mission of the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Georgia and Alabama is to grant the wishes of children with a life-threatening medical condition to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy. Our objective is to ensure that every medically qualified child under the age of 18 receives a once in a lifetime experience. As a 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) nonprofit organization, our chapter is one of 69 chapters and 28 international affiliates of the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of America, based in Phoenix, Arizona
